Single source project sample - Electrosoft

ElectroSoft is a business management tool that has been designed to meet the needs of the independent financial retailer. It is made up of three modules; the Customers module, the Suppliers module, the Stock module.

Glenfield required both a help centre and a hard copy user guide for each module along with a Getting Started module to introduce Electrosoft and provide a link between the three other modules.

Approach

The most efficient and practical solution for this software was therefore, to develop an HTML help centre (able to run locally on a computer along with the ElectroSoft application) and a hard copy user guide for each module from a single source.
