Velocity Webhelp sample
Being entirely web-based, Velocity provides instant access to live information by simply connecting to the Internet.
Approach
The remote user access meant Web-enabled online help was the perfect solution for this software. We also identified a need for different help centres depending upon the level of the users access rights. There were two obvious users of Velocity:
We also employed the use of context-sensitive help pages in this particular case. These pages were incorporated into the application and made available to users at the click of a button. This meant that the users had immediate access to information relevant to the task they were currently carrying out.
