Single source project sample - YouthZone IMS

Youth Zone IMS is a web-based application developed by Birmingham City Council that is used by local authorities throughout the country to organise and monitor their youth services.

Approach

Our customer required both online help that could stream readily across the Internet and a hard copy user guide for reference, at a competitive price. The documentation had to cover two different levels of user and had to be easily rebrandable for different local authorities.

From a single source, we developed a full online help centre, context-sensitive help pages (incorporated into the application and made available to users at the click of a button) and a hard copy user guide.
