Trainer biography - David Rose
Adobe Certified Expert, Adobe Certified Instructor and Senior Technical Author

David started his technical authoring and training career in 1989 when most PC applications ran under DOS and Windows 2.0 was the new operating system!

Since then he has seen technical authoring applications come and go, and has written user guides and help systems using most of them. The applications David has used over the years include Adobe RoboHelp, HDK, ForeHelp and Flare to develop online help, as well as Adobe FrameMaker, PageMaker, Ventura, Word, WordPerfect and WordStar to write hard copy documents.

As Armada's longest-serving member of staff, David has worked with a large number of Armada's varied clients, and has been a key member of Armada's training team. David places a strong emphasis on staying in tune with current industry standards and applications, to ensure that the approach he takes with his projects and training courses are the most appropriate and up to date.

David delivers training to people on specific applications such as RoboHelp, for which he is an Adobe Certified Expert, FrameMaker and Word, as well as in core technical authoring and writing skills. David has also designed and created a wide variety of training courseware material.
