Training course cancellation terms

If a company or delegate cancels a training course booking giving less than 10 working days notice, a cancellation fee is payable.

The fee payable depends on the notice period given, as follows:

	Cancellation period	Fees payable
	10 or more working days notice.	No cancellation fee payable. Any fees already paid will be refunded.
	5 to 9 working days notice.	50% of the course fee is payable.
	3 or 4 working days notice.	75% of the course fee is payable.
	Less than 3 working days notice.	Full course fee is payable.

We reserve the right to cancel a training course should unforeseen circumstances occur. Should we need to cancel a course, a full refund will be provided. Armada will not be liable for any further compensation.
