COVID-19 (coronavirus) notice

In line with the latest Government guidance, all classroom-based scheduled courses in March, April and the first week of May have been cancelled.

As things stand, we are planning to re-commence classroom-based scheduled courses on 11 May, but this depends on the situation and guidance at the time.

We have been and will continue to closely monitor the evolution of the COVID-19 outbreak, and operate in accordance with the current guidance from Public Health England.

Remote training

Our most popular courses can be attended remotely. When you attend remote training, you’re participating in a real course, hosted by a real trainer, in real time.

To help you in this difficult time, we’re offering 30% off the usual price, for all scheduled remote courses.

Supporting you

We understand that you require flexibility in these uncertain times. So, we’ve relaxed our Terms and Conditions relating to the cancellation and postponement of places booked on scheduled courses (classroom-based or remote).

If you’re not able to attend a scheduled course you’ve booked, you can postpone your training and attend a later course giving us just one working days’ notice.

Alternatively, you can cancel your course place without penalty giving us just one weeks’ notice. Any fees paid will be refunded.

We hope this helps you to plan and book training with us safe in the knowledge that, if the current situation worsens to the extent that you’re not able to attend, you won’t lose your money.

During your visit

Our top priority is your health and well-being. When you visit us for a classroom-based course, please be assured that we are taking all necessary precautions and operating at an increased level of hygiene. The measures being taken include:

  • Keyboards, mice, desk, mousemats, and all communal surfaces, are being thoroughly sanitised each morning using antibacterial products.
  • Antibacterial wipes available, so should you wish to do further cleaning of your work area throughout the day; please just ask your trainer.
  • Hand sanitisers are available at all of our centres for delegates and staff to use.

The situation with COVID-19, and the advice from authorities, is changing on a daily basis. As events transpire, we will:

  • Update this page as the situation develops.
  • Contact clients directly as necessary, e.g. if you have a course booking.

If you are concerned or have any queries, please call us on 01527 834 783.

I’d like to thank you for the trust and support you have in us and we look forward to welcoming you onto one of our courses soon.

If you have any queries or would like to know more, please contact us.
