- Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 4AD. Hybrid or remote working is not offered.
- Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday.
Part-time position (min. 3 full days) is also a possibility. - Scope for the role to grow, and to take on more responsibility.
- Starting package: Salary of £25k-£27k, depending on age and experience. 22 days’ annual holiday allowance, plus statutory Bank Holidays. Work-Based Pension Scheme.

Armada is an established training company, delivering creative and technical courses to professional people in-person at our eight UK training centres (in Bristol, Bromsgrove, Cardiff, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Reading and Sheffield), at clients’ venues throughout the UK, and also live online.
We are seeking an organised, personable, dedicated professional Administrator to join the existing Bromsgrove office team.
This is a varied role, involving working within a fast-paced team, on a wide range of tasks.
Key job roles for the successful candidate include:
- Taking bookings, emailing and phoning course delegates, scheduling and arranging courses, preparing course materials.
- Acting as course administrator at the start of online courses.
- Liaising with trainers and staff at our satellite centres.
- Financial – raising invoices, credit control.
Full in-house training will be provided.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality. You must be smart, intelligent and well-organised, able to handle multiple tasks concurrently working at a fast pace.
It is essential that you have:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Good writing skills, great grammar, spelling and punctuation. You must be able to write detailed emails to clients and trainers, in a clear and correct style.
- A confident, re-assured nature and great telephone manner.
- Effective researching skills.
- Good computer skills, proficient using the key MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility – able to start early and finish late on occasions, or travel to a satellite centre, as required.
You must be a car owner and a non-smoker.
