About Armada

Formed in 1991 by Nigel Platts and Steven Smith, Armada has grown steadily over the years, but we retain the commitment and flexibility of a small company.

Training

Armada has been running specialist training courses for professional staff for over 10 years. We specialise in providing training courses for:

		Technical authors and technical writers.
		Users of AutoCAD and other Autodesk products.
		Users of Adobe's Technical Communication and Creative Suite software products.

Armada is both an Autodesk Training Centre (ATC) and an Adobe Authorised Training Centre (AATC). These accreditations guarantee a high standard of training and facilities.

Courses can be hosted either at our training centre in Bromsgrove (in the Midlands, close to Birmingham and the M5/M6/M40/M42 motorway network) or at your venue anywhere in the UK.

Technical authoring services

Armada provides technical authoring services to organisations across the UK, Europe and further afield.

Our in-house team of technical authors and technical writers carries out projects on a regular basis for in excess of 100 active clients operating in a wide range of industries in both the private and public sectors.

Our clients come back to us time after time. The overwhelming majority of our work is repeat business for existing clients and new projects gained through positive referrals.

By working closely with our clients and understanding their needs, we can provide an efficient service delivering exactly the products they require. This is reflected in our approach to projects:

		A Managing Director is involved with every project on a day-to-day basis to ensure high quality.
		We are small enough to treat every project as special, but large enough to cope with the most demanding of specifications and tight deadlines.
		All of our staff are experienced in their respective fields, and are used to working together in teams.

Based close to the M5/M6/M40/M42 motorway network in the Midlands, we are ideally located to serve organisations throughout the UK and Europe.
