Key details

Key details

Advanced-level training is available in most aspects of Maya, including:

  • Modelling
  • UV mapping
  • Texturing
  • Lighting
  • Camera movement
  • Rigging.

Because of the different ways that Maya can be used once you get beyond the basics, we gear Advanced Maya training towards our clients’ specific requirements and the type of work they’re doing. We can arrange for you to have a conversation with our trainer about the techniques you want to learn, and then suggest a syllabus that meets your requirements.

In-class or online

Our centres are open for in-class training, with full safety measures and comprehensive sanitisation implemented.

We continue to offer all courses in our popular live online format.

Accredited Maya training

Armada is an Autodesk authorised Training Centre (ATC), and our Maya training courses are accredited by Autodesk.

How will I learn?

Maya training is hands-on and practical.

Our trainers teach the necessary theory then demonstrate techniques step-by-step. You then practice the techniques taught on a computer running Maya.

There is plenty of time to ask questions, and you can take away all the files you create.

Maya training for Windows or Mac

Maya training is available for both Windows and Mac users.

Your training can be based any recent version of Maya.

Training guide and certificate

Course delegates receive an e-certificate confirming successful completion of an accredited Maya training course. This is emailed to delegates directly from Autodesk. Click here to see an example of the certificate you receive.

After course support

Following Maya training, delegates are entitled to 30 days’ email support from their Maya trainer to help with any post-course issues. For further details, see Support.

Maya version

Training can be based on any version of Maya to suit you.
