Inventor Essentials training (3 days)
Provides a comprehensive introduction to Autodesk Inventor, teaching:
The fundamental principles behind 3D parametric part and assembly design.
The use of the tools and features available in Inventor to create production-ready part and assembly drawings.

Prerequisites: Delegates should have a working knowledge of Windows®. Experience using an Autodesk application, such as AutoCAD or Revit, is beneficial but not essential.
Inventor Essentials training is available on-request, i.e. one-to-one training or a course for your group, at one of our venues in Bromsgrove, Reading, Milton Keynes or Sheffield, or yours anywhere in the UK.
Inventor Sheet Metal Design training (2 days)
Teaches how to use Inventor to create and manage sheet metal designs.
The course begins by teaching basic sheet metal concepts and techniques, and then builds on this knowledge to cover complex modeling practices for forming sheet metal parts, assemblies and drawings. As part of the course you're taught a simple method for working out the K-Factor, which is key for anticipating Bend Deductions,
Delegates should be familiar with the fundamentals of Inventor, i.e. have attended Inventor Essentials training or have equivalent knowledge.
This course is available on-request only, i.e. one-to-one training or a course for your group, at one of our venues or yours anywhere in the UK. Training can be based on any recent version of Inventor. Scheduled (public) courses are not available.
General course information
Method of delivery
Inventor training combines lecture, demonstration and practice. Hands-on exercises representing real-world design scenarios are carried out under guidance. Delegates have ample opportunity to discuss their specific requirements with the trainer.
Accredited Inventor training
Armada is an Autodesk authorised Training Centre (ATC), and our Inventor training courses are accredited by Autodesk.
Autodesk courseware and e-certificate
A comprehensive training guide for Inventor.
An e-certificate confirming successful completion of an accredited Inventor training course. This is emailed directly from Autodesk.
Our Inventor trainers are Autodesk Certified Instructors with vast experience of using Inventor.
After course support
Following Inventor training, delegates are entitled to 30 days' email support from their Inventor trainer to help with any post-course issues.
