Building on the basics, the focus is on making you a confident, efficient and creative ChatGPT user. You’ll practice using ChatGPT with real-world documents, images and workflows.

You’ll also learn about ethical use, bias and hallucinations so you can use AI responsibly and effectively in a professional environment.

Upon completion, you’ll be ready to integrate ChatGPT into more complex tasks, projects and business processes.

This course is ideal for:

Intermediate/Advanced ChatGPT training is arranged on-request, i.e. one-to-one training or a ‘closed course’ for your group. Your training can be tailored to take into account any existing knowledge you have, and the work you’re going to be doing.

Prerequisites

You should have attended our ChatGPT – Essential Skills for Business course, or have equivalent knowledge through other means.

In-class or online

This course is available in-class at eight centres or live online.

How will I learn?

Training combines lecture, demonstration and hands-on practice.

Practical exercises provide activity-based experience. These exercises can be tailored to deal with issues specific to your business. You have ample opportunity to discuss specific requirements with the trainer.

ChatGPT version

Training relevant to all paid versions of ChatGPT (Plus, Pro, Team or Enterprise). It covers the use of ChatGPT on both desktop computers (Windows or Mac) and mobile devices (Android or iOS).

Many of the techniques cannot be carried out using the Free version of ChatGPT.

If you’re attending a course in-class, we’ll provide you with a computer running ChatGPT Plus. We ask that you bring your own mobile device to use.

If you’re participating in a course online, you’ll require access to to ChatGPT running on both a desktop computer and mobile device.

Training guide and certificate

Course delegates receive:

• A practical ChatGPT training guide, to refer to during the course and use as a refresher after. Choose from a printed guide or PDF.
• An e-certificate confirming successful completion of a Intermediate/Advanced ChatGPT training course.

After course support

Following ChatGPT training, delegates are entitled to 30 days’ email support from their trainer to help with any post-course issues. For further details, see Support.

General information

Course times

Standard course times are 9.30am–4.30pm.

As we’d be hosting this as a ‘closed course’ for you/your group, there’s usually flexibility to change these times to suit you, e.g. start or end 30 minutes earlier or later.

Payment

Payment for Intermediate/Advanced ChatGPT training can be made by:

• Card. Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards accepted. Payment can be made securely online or over the phone. Armada doesn’t record or store your card details.

Simon Dry

Simon is a highly-experienced design professional and AI expert, whose previous roles have included Designer, Project Manager and Creative Director. He has expert knowledge of a range of applications, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, hosting courses in these applications at all levels. Simon continues to work as a graphic designer, working on a variety of projects for Blue-Chip clients in areas including press and digital ads, photography, website design, social media.

Live online training

Live online training lets you participate in a course from your place of work or home.

We do everything possible to make your online training experience as close as possible to actually being in the classroom. You can:

• Interact by speaking, using chat, or raising your ‘virtual hand’ if you need assistance.
• Share your screen with our trainer, and allow them to take control to explain something.
