Covid-19 measures
When you attend training at our centres, our top priority is your health and well-being. We’ve implemented comprehensive measures, so you can feel safe in the knowledge that all necessary precautions have been taken. These measures reflect the latest Government guidance.
When you’re with us:
You will sit at your own individual desk. We’ll endeavour to sit you at a desk with no-one sitting next to you where numbers allow.
All surfaces you’ll come into contact with will have been cleaned using an antiviral cleaning product effective against Covid-19 (tested to BS EN 14476).
All equipment, including keyboards and mice, will have been thoroughly sanitised.
Anti-viral cleaning items will be available to you on request to re-clean your work area should you want to.
Anti-viral hand sanitiser gel is available in our training rooms for you to use. The gel we provide has been tested to standard EN 14476.
Our staff and trainers have been trained on the measures we’re implementing.
We monitor the air CO2 levels in our training rooms to ensure air quality and reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19.
The wearing of face masks is encouraged when not sitting at desks – both in our centre’s communal areas, and whilst moving about the training room.
Face masks and disposable gloves are available on request. Face masks meet standard FFTP2. Disposable gloves meet standard EN 420.
We ask that delegates maintain social distancing when visiting the refreshment area in our training rooms. Single-use cups are available. Where possible, all refreshments provided are individually packed, e.g. coffee pods, milk sachets, wrapped sugar, etc.
Ventilation/aircon
All of our training rooms have natural ventilation and/or air conditioning systems confirmed as not presenting a risk of transferring infection.
